Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★Decent app, but missing key features. Syncing can be a pain, many times it doesn't connect or gives an error when mirroring the bp cuff on the phone. I gave up doing it this way, and just manually sync every few days, which works well. The huge glaring missing functionality is there is no way to export your readings. It would be nice to be able to email them to my doctor, or back them up. Which brings me to my next point, what if I switch phones?!? There is no way to backup, export or transfer readings at all. My BP cuff only holds 100 readings per user, so eventually that will run out of space. I suppose I don't necessarily need 100 readings, but I do like to take my BP multiple times per day so I can gauge the effects of exercise, medications, etc. Please consider an export function. I don't have much hope as it looks like this hasn't been updated in over 2 years, but it would be a huge functional improvement.
1 ★Can't use pounds and inches, thinks it's 2012. This is after reinstall.
1 ★Stupid app won't even connect. Useless.
