1 ★I agree with previous reviews as it's impossible to download any and all photos directly to your phone! Unless I'm just not looking in the right places but I highly doubt that as others have mentioned the same issues. I'm definitely would NOT recommend this app for clients/users who desire an easy and expedient way for downloading their own photos.

2 ★I just upgraded my phone from the galaxy s5 to s9+. Old phone, everythingworked great - I could download images from the app and also post directlyto social media. Now I can do neither of those things, and it seems to bebecause it just doesn't work that way anymore. Completely unacceptable.When the app functions as it should, I think it's great.

2 ★Like most other reviews I just found, the "download" feature doesntactually work. And clearly the tech support behind this app doesnt carebecause based on reviews its been an issue for a while. Such a waste oftime. Its good for viewing photos and thats it. I would definitely NOTrecommend this app to anyone. Especially people who use their phones formost of there photo sharing/downloading. Better off just sharing the filesthrough email.

1 ★As someone who does not have the money for a computer, I use my phone to edit and upload all my pictures. Although it may not be common with other people I would very much prefer to be able to upload photos from my phone. ESPECIALLY if I took one on my phone. Despite that, navigating through your app and website was confusing and vague.

2 ★This app would be fine... if it worked correctly. The social integrations are broken and the "downloaded" images aren't really downloaded. The email account for support is broken too. It does let you look at the pictures on your phone. In the past all these features did work, so it's probably something an update could fix if the app is being maintained.
