Brivo Mobile Pass introduces a new level of convenience by providing you with the ability to access secured areas with your smartphone. Available exclusively for the Brivo Access cloud-based access control platform.

As an enhancement to Brivo Access, Brivo Mobile Pass is a new digital credential format available to all active accounts to eliminate the need for physical keys and access cards. Easy to use and no new hardware required, Brivo Access administrators simply email a Brivo Mobile Pass to a user, allowing them to add the credential to the mobile application and unlock doors with their smartphone.

1 ★There is no scenario in which this buggy, inconsistent, cheapo app is more convenient than a key. Even if the app worked the way it's advertised it wouldn't be useful

1 ★The app often fails to unlock doors, leaving you standing outside for minutes until it actually works, if you are lucky. Hope your complex doesn't require you to use it

3 ★Setup is not intuitive at all but once it works... it works.

3 ★I would give this app a five-star but my Brivo widget that I use for quick access does not work. I've done everything from reinstalling the app and going through all the settings. When I activate the widget it just goes orange and the door does not open. The only way it works is when I open the app then go to the widget. That defeats the purpose for quick access widget. I believe I encountered this problem on the last Android update I would love to hear from you guys for a fix! Thanks!

1 ★Since the update it keeps asking me to rate it confirm to exit. I'm driving whenever I use this app. Just open the gate.

4 ★at 1st It looked like the gate wasn't going to open. my phone told me that it was unlocked. after some hesitation it finally opened. this is something to get used to. But I like it!!

3 ★Works, but there is so much wasted space around the magic button. Please give more space for a favorites grid. Is there support for Google Wear OS?

3 ★sometimes the app kicks you out and has to be resent and the gate access to the clubhouse door of my community is never unlockable which makes it hard when it gets stuck on the magnetic lock, causing the techs to have to unlock the door manually. Also if you do not have good service where you are trying to get into the doors they will not open and your phone will continue searching for access points.

1 ★I can't get into my appartment. My appartment complex uses this app/system to unlock all of the doors, this includes the garage, gym, pool and all the other amenities including accessing the hallway to get to my appartment. I have used this app every day for 3 days and have had little to no luck. I can't park my car in the garage I pay for. I can't access it. Thankfully I'm on the first floor and have a balcony I can just climb over. But this will be an issue if I ever forget my back key.

5 ★excellent tool for property managers and remote access management. I can let vendors in while being away from the building and control which areas I want them to access. I also love how this software is integrated with access control logs and spreadsheets to maintain a secure building.
