Description

This application is developed in cooperation with AIR FRANCE / KLM, and managed by TNS, registered in Amsterdam. This application will be used to collect customer experience information in order to help improve the service of Air France and KLM.
This application works by invite only. To be able to use this application you need to be registered as a Quality Observer for AIR FRANCE / KLM. You need to log on with the username and password you received by text message on your mobile phone.

1 ★The app says password incorrect and when I enter it on the website it works...

1 ★Those who inventee this app should give it a time to mature. I downloaded the apps inserted my regular name ane password but it contonues to say that all are wrong. When clickibg on forgot my password it tells me that my phone number is not associated with the login name! Shity app

1 ★Impossible to login. Does not recognize the username, and the password field is open to dictionary auto corrections (completely dumb for a "hidden" password field).

2 ★I remove it after every flight because it makes my battery drain quick!

1 ★Installed the the app and tried to use it, make comments about my flight back which was not very good. Airfrance put my 7 year old daughter on her own when we arrived to fly back from holiday had to discuss this with the flight attendants. I thought I could use this app to make a complaint but it does not work and you complain to the the airfrance site and that is rubbish as well.Airfrance need to look at the way they treat customers and cannot introduce useless apps because it's the "done thing" .
