2 ★Voicecalling is horrible, people say i am so faint and there is always a full second delay at the start. Text messages also stop transmitting (in and out) randomly. The app is very laggy when trying to see recent calls and checking voicemail. Desktop service is pretty good but both home and office apps are very poor. When voicemail works, it is a pretty good GUI. Needs some serious work to be a business tool.
2 ★Call connection is very poor and does not work well. Often freezes my phone. I've had it for years and it only gets worse.
4 ★love the txt feature. could of been 5 star but had just a few issues when trying to loging in from my computer and using ooma wifi. the issue was resolved in a couple day.
1 ★Garbage app. Salea team told me sms are totally free even you dont have EIN number. But when i purchased trial their technical team said you are not able to use sms service because you dont have team and your activation fee is non refundable. Very bad experience. They even dont pick call when you bought it.
2 ★It was great initially but as of late most calls aren't even coming through. An update to address this issue is desperately needed.
1 ★I don’t recommend it, the company is a deceiver, they charge $30 for registration and do not return it. there is no normal support. cancel the impossibility service. just call them. And wait on line for an hour.
2 ★There are 2 screens when calling somehow. You'll think you're dialing in an extension but you aren't. There's no way to mute the VERY loud noise of dialing the numbers unless you turn all your phone sounds off. Quite ridiculous being that this is 2023. You try to make calls and the app thinks you're still in an old call. Customers complain about loud echoes and our number coming up as spam all the time. Regardless of VOIP/cellular, the clarity can be detrimental to business credibility at times.

1 ★Service idea itself is fabulous and option for recorded message is great but service is terrible i mean like seriously terrible - there have not been a single time when someone called and didn't mention that "sorry i didnt hear you, you were breaking up". Also app is terrible too, i cant answer the phone until i pull down the menu from the top, also i thing the easiest option that should exist is to "copy" the phone number and paste it in default dialer also dont exists. sad switching to google
1 ★Yoir app defaults to my smartwatch when I'm making a call. There is no choice to change audio on the screen until the call connects, which at that point makes me look really unprofessional when I'm fumbling around for the speaker. Your tech support said there's no fix for this.
2 ★Great when it works. It refuses to dial out every so often and I have to delete and reinstall to get it to work. its annoying. I ended up getting an office cell line because I got tired of it. I thought maybe a different phone would fix the issue but it still happens. Frustrating.
2 ★Generally works well but a while ago there was an update and now it won't correctly hang up a call if Bluetooth is connected. The Bluetooth device just thinks a call is happening despite actually hanging up. The only way to clear it is to turn Bluetooth off and back on. Super frustrating.
