1 ★I have both a Samsung s8 and an iPhone 7...this device fails to connect to either. Nice concept but disappointing execution. Worthless.
1 ★Waited over a year - 2 Olives $100 ea. These devices should cost no more than$50 for 2. The App..... Well as the rest of anything I would say it's very basic and lacking..... The Pairing Issues many are having with 2 Olives...... Turn the power of the already paired Olive, and then turn on the power of the unpaired Olive on..... you should be able to pair the 2nd Olive no problem..... Likewise you can switch which ear gets the Live BT Connection.....C u stomer Support for this company is virtually no non-existent.....as invitually no responses.....at least another user confirmed service time is < 3 hours..... The Olive is too limited to be able to pickup sound in the same room 20ft away clearly as in TV....... The user interface is not well defined.... Not the easiest to navigate what you're looking for..... Guess I'll keep searching and aim higher $$ we get what we pay for
2 ★Just received the final product yesterday. It works fine but i amdisappointed in 2 areas. Product battery - it wont even last for 3 hrs evenin app it shows 3 hrs left in 99% battery. Volume - It has only one buttonevery time when i connect with mobile its volume gets reduced significantly.
1 ★Just a terrible, poorly built and constructed product all around. The app is attractive and all, but the overall experience of wasting piles of money on unusable, uncomfortable, and badly implemented hardware is a non-starter. Even for a beta product, this is an embarrassment.
1 ★Poor product design and doesn't link with my Nexus 6, Android 7.1.1, phone. I ordered two of these so my wife and I could test them. Excessive feedback, poor ear canal fix, hard to adjust in place, almost no documentation. Trying to get the device in and out of the charging dock is a joke. No way to grasp it, we ended up pushing it out with a pencil. The adjustment button is a poor design, the engineers must have never looked at a real hearing aid like oticon which the controls are easy to find when the device is in your ear. According to my audiologist, I have large ear canals and this has be to forced in and is painful to wear. My wife cannot even try the device as she has small ear canals. Then the app. First, signing up it asks for your birth date and makes you click one month at a time starting at Jan.1 1990 until you get to your birthdate. Since I was born in 1944, that meant 432 clicks to get to my birth month . . . I can assume everyone at the company was born in 1990 and never tried to set up the app for anything else. Since it won't sync with my phone, no way to really test it. A note to the developers, provide the mac address to assist in finding the device.

5 ★Nexus 6p 7.1.2 app starts up just fine. Just waiting on my beta device will update once I've actually used the app and device
