Mae Cwtsh yn hafan i Gymry droi tuag ato er mwyn cychwyn ar y daith o gysylltu’n ddyfnach gyda nhw eu hunain drwy dechnegau myfyrdod sy’n adlewyrchu cynhesrwydd a natur groesawgar y Cymry ac i chi deimlo fel eich bod yn rhoi cwtsh i’ch hun wrth ei ddefnyddio.
Mewn byd sydd yn llawn ansicrwydd, bydd cynnwys Cwtsh yn arwain pobl i ddod i adnabod eu hunain ar lefel ddyfnach mewn modd goddefgar a thyner.
Rydym wedi dechrau’n syml gyda 4 adran fydd yn sbarduno diddordeb ac awydd pobl am fwy o gynnwys tebyg.
O fewn yr ap mae dwy adran;
1. Cyflwyniad i Ap Cwtsh sy’n cynnwys 4 fideo rhagarweiniol i’ch paratoi chi i ddeall mwy am fyfyrio.
2. Y Myfyrdodau sy’n cynnwys 3 sesiwn myfyrio dyddiol, 1 i’r bore, 1 yn ystod y dydd ac 1 i helpu chi i gysgu
