1 ★App keeps crashing.
3 ★The experience on the new app is not very satisfying. There seems to be a shortage on all things especially for baby and mother care. Plus the app simply won't open on an airtel network. Only Safaricom works. That's extremely limiting.
3 ★I literally have to update this app every other month it's annoying! Also very poor presentation of products and the search function is worse. You can't find a product unless you know exactly how it's spelled word by word. Please do better.
5 ★They have efficienct services and go over and beyond for their clients. Their app was giving me trouble but they were able to sort me out and get me medication that was not available. Would definitely recommend.
1 ★It hangs so much and it takes 15 minutes to load. The when it finally does, when I go to search for a product, when I put in one letter it tells me that the product isn't available, then second letter another big red notification until I type in the whole word then most times the product isn't available but on the home section you find the product displayed there. Back to buying my products from chemists and beauty shops
3 ★I decided to edit my review because as much as there was a delay I did receive my medication. I think it would be important for all first time users to know that after payment you have to go back to the app and confirm payment. Because there was nothing that alerted me of this step I had to wait a good three days. The delivery was made as promised once confirmation was done. Willing to give you another chance.
5 ★First time user. I placed my order last evening but did not receive my order number. When I followed up the contact person sorted me out and dispatched immediately. I dont know where the issue was but regardless, I have received my order. Your team, get my 5* rating in efficiency, reponsiveness and helpful. Well done MYDAWA.
5 ★Still some teething problems with the app however the service is top notch. I've made several orders and I've never had any disappointments. I love the way the company's employees go above and beyond to ensure you get your order just right. Keep working on the app, you will straighten everything out eventually.
1 ★I have used My Dawa for a while now. However, how they deal with software errors on their part leaves one with a bitter taste in the mouth. I placed an order 2 days ago and paid for it. It did not reflect on their end, but we sorted it out with Customer Care. Plans made for next day delivery as the item was seen to be out of stock. Since then I have gotten different people saying the order does not reflect and going round in circles. I have requested for a refund, nothing coming.
2 ★The upgraded version seems like a journey to the chemist. Very long. Lets have years arranged in a 'drop' design where one can highlight and fill up his details easily. Its quite a task scrolling back to the sixties. The older app which i have for a year has been friendlier. Sadly i am unfortunetly unable to make any order for a whole week.
1 ★Hours after ordering and paying for my goods, still didn't receive confirmation of the same on the app, on email or text. Called customer service several times and still didn't get any help. No refund and no goods received. Kindly look into this.
