1 ★I've been a premium user for 6 years and I've loved it. That is until recently. I've been having trouble with syncing between Android and PC. Contacted support. Got a generic canned response but went thru the steps provided anyways. No luck. Contacted support again. No response. Life got busy and I dropped it for a while. When I got some time, I did more troubleshooting on my own and still no luck. Contacted support maybe a month after the previous attempt. Again no response. Pretty upset. If this is how you treat paying customers then I'm gone. I gave you ample time to rectify this. As soon as I find a suitable replacement for this app (and there are PLENTY), I'll be moving my collection over and cancelling my subscription. BUH-BYE!
1 ★I was told I have been grandfathered into the Pro Version for over 8 years @ $11.99 (I still have the email). I have supported this app from the beginning with a paid subscription and then they ended my subscription and told me I had to pay more. This is the only app I have like this. My Relax Melodies grandfathered me into a Lifetime Premium membership because I supported them from the beginning. It's a shame ChefTap does not have the same loyalty to it's supporters. Disappointed

5 ★I have tried several apps for recipes and this one by far is the best that I've used. It is easy to clip the recipes and categorize them to suit your needs. In addition, the planning feature allows you to create menu and shopping lists with just a few clicks. I also really like the cross platform option. Love this app!

5 ★App is awesome. It does all it says it does and more. If I were to suggest an added feature it would be drop down categories ie beef, chicken, fish etc. It has search tags which is ok.

5 ★I've tried many recipe apps over the years and this is absolutely the best. I love the ability to "clip" a recipe from virtually any web page by providing the page link (PC version) or by "sharing" a web page (Android app version). No need to manually enter recipes from web sites; ChefTap formats the information into ingredients and preparation steps; it will even find recipe notes and add those to a "notes" section. The app isn't perfect, but it's the best I've seen. This is a must-have app!
5 ★I really appreciate how this can simplify meal planning and shopping with your partner! I also appreciate that you can have multiple shopping lists, so if you prefer purchasing an item from a particular location, it can either have its own list or you can put a note. We've had to make sure our lists are synced properly, but we've just made it a habit to sync the app every time we edit things. Overall, it's a good app for easily organizing recipes and simplifying grocery shopping lists.
5 ★I have been using ChefTap for years. My daughter uses it now too. It is easy to download recipes, most of which are correct and complete. Occasionally it misses stuff but that's usually on recipes that have a lot of comments. It's easy to organize my recipes too. Easy to edit recipes and very easy to scale them. It gives you the option to change your mind before you tap to make it a permanent change. Love love ChefTap for even more reasons than posted here.
