國際青年商會中華民國總會立足台灣邁入第67年，帶給國家、社會的貢獻與影響無遠弗屆。青商會是由18歲到40歲的青年人所組成的國際性NGO組織，提供發展領導才能、培養社會責任與增進友誼、跨足世界的平台。青商會的組織遍及全世界，有將近廿萬的會員們在全世界123個國家或地區中活躍的參與各項青商會的活動，這些會員分佈於5,000個大小城市及區域中，除此之外還有超過百萬、年齡已超過四十歲的OB會員。
青商會自1952年引進中華民國發展至今已有67年，分佈在全台灣各縣市及重要鄉鎮市地區，目前共有150個分會，計有7000位會員與數十萬的OB會員。
