Andrea Nacci, nasce a Cassino (Fr) nel 1981. Dopo aver frequentato la Scuola Alberghiera di Cassino, inizia l’attività professionale in prestigiosi alberghi e ristoranti stellati, come Perbellini, Don Alfonso, San Pietro di Positano, Malga Panna, Cafè le Paillotes, Four Seasons Praga fino ad approdare nel 2005 al Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte come chef del ristorante “Il Piccolo Principe”. Il ristorante, con lui in cucina, ha ottenuto importanti riconoscimenti, come l’inserimento con ottimi voti nelle più prestigiose guide tra le quali il Gambero Rosso e l’Espresso, fino all’ottenimento della Stella Michelin nel Novembre 2008. Nel 2011 Andrea torna nella sua amata terra per coronare il sogno di una vita, aprire il propio ristorante insieme alla sua famiglia. Andrea è amante della cucina creativa, ma allo stesso tempo classica che non alteri i sapori dei prodotti. Come punto di riferimento professionale si ispira al famoso Chef Alain Ducasse, sperando un giorno di avere la sua umiltà e preparazione.
