1 ★I like this game and is pretty relaxing for me. But every time I try to watch a video for a gem or time off from a dish, it won't let me watch any. It says there's an error. Please fix!
5 ★I really like this game, it's really fun. in fact, I accidentally installed this game in 2014. so I decided to try play it and I honestly i'm fell in love with it. after a few years, I had to unistall this game because i dont have my own phone, it 'difficult to me to serve the foods at the right time. in 2018, i installed it again and still playing until now. what can i say is this game is so amazing. I have many friends from different countries. never felt bored playing this.
2 ★This game is really in need of an update. The gift list needs to be updated. It should be easier to gift neighbors what they need or want. Delete old gifts. Once a goal is complete you shouldn't have to scroll through every item to get to the goal reward. I understand people's complaints about needing neighbors for goal parts, neighbors are in and out. And there is an issue with the gem videos that hasn't been addressed. Major updates needed.
3 ★My main issue is that whenever I throw stuff on my grill, it disappears when I get back on. What is the point of having a grill if I can't even make food on it?? And also can't watch any videos for gems, people still play this game please fix this!
1 ★Used to play this game before this and it was awesome. But now, there are too many issues: 1. Cant watch the ads for free gems 2. Sometimes when i left my food at the counter and i came back again, the food was already gone. 3. The food menu is missing or changing. My burger grill supposed to have 3 types of burgers and suddenly it has one. The other two is in basic oven menu. It sucks. 4. The mission is boring and there are too many unrelated mission such as install another games to get gems
3 ★I had given this game 5 stars. It's now down to 3 stars. As an android user I am unable to watch videos to making my cooking time go down. Super disappointed. Please fix. Before this I had no issues with the game.
1 ★This game used to be cool but it's such a cash grab now. I do understand that in order to fund games you have to have, well some sort of funding. But having it set up where it takes 22 hours to make a bowl of spaghetti and the only way you can speed it up is by watching ads that don't work or buying gems is just sad. Every game has its paid currency, and this one is just way too prevalent.
3 ★I've been playing since 2016 but stopped and now playing again. I like this game but the time for the goals to complete is very unreasonable. There are glitches that requires you to buy an item, i buy it and its still in the goal requirements. I also can't get any customer service. The app directs you to send email but then receives email saying to fill in a form. Hope you can update this.
5 ★I love this game and play daily and my only complaint is that I logged into my boyfriend's iPad (because the screen is much larger than my phone screen) and now I can not get my game back on my phone. When I went to play it started me from level 1, I've lost my neighbors and all. We tried everything from logging me out of the ipad and uninstalling and still nothing. PLEASE help me get my original game back on my phone. I've been playing for a very very long time (level 99).
2 ★There are many missing features for Android users. CAN'T block people on your messages, CAN'T slide the gift list(it takes A LOT of time to find what you are looking for). CAN'T watch videos for gems. The design is watered down from the iOS version. Android users love the game! Why cant you improve it? There are many missions on the mission dashboard that you CAN'T get rid of! It would be great if we were to accept or reject missions. Many weekly/monthly missions You CAN'T enjoy just playing.
3 ★I am not being shown new items in the store !! I check on my friends account and she has new items to buy daily in the store while I'm always just left with the old ones which have been there for ages. I'm missing out on new stoves and decorations because they just won't show up ! When and how can I fix this ? Because I'm losing the motivation 2play if I cannot buy cool things. Would appreciate a solution. Thank you.
5 ★Been playing for the most part since around 2000..or slightly later. Love it. Get burned out once in a while..i take s break for a week or two...then back at it. 7/22/20...have made quest food..item 2...16 times...only credit for 4.. 😈
