Cos’è “Sanità km zero”?
Regione del Veneto, in collaborazione con la tua azienda socio-sanitaria e con il tuo medico di medicina generale ha avviato nuovi servizi digitali semplici, vicini, immediati, dedicati alla salute dei cittadini.
Come saprai, da tempo tutte le ricette sono state “dematerializzate”, cioè il medico non compila più un documento cartaceo ma crea un documento digitale che consente di abbandonare le “vecchie” procedure e consuetudini, con conseguente comodità e risparmio per il cittadino e il sistema sanitario regionale.
Cosa fa questa applicazione?
Quando il tuo medico prepara per te una ricetta, l’app ti invia una notifica: non c’è quindi più bisogno di passare in ambulatorio per ritirarla.
Le ricette disponibili vengono raccolte in un elenco e sono selezionabili per poterne visualizzare tutti i dettagli e tutti i codici utili al tuo farmacista per erogare i farmaci.
Tutti i farmaci prescritti e acquistati sono raccolti via via in un archivio: puoi selezionare i farmaci di cui necessiti il rinnovo della ricetta e inviare comodamente la richiesta al tuo medico anche via sms, whatsapp e/o e-mail, se il tuo medico è disponibile a ricevere comunicazioni attraverso questi canali.
