1 ★Every time they update it, they just complicate things and make it more difficult. Why not leave it if it was working fine before?? All you do is rearrange things and make it harder, every single time it's updated I have to call. And when you call them they never answer and I gotta sit for an hour or more and figure it out myself, geez.

1 ★The worst app to use on a daily basis. Sometimes it'll have your load for hours, but sometimes after 2 minutes it's gone. Good luck if you have no cell service. Which most oil wells aren't exactly in quality cell service locations. If it does get rid of your load, sometimes it'll ask if you'd like to resume the previous load. If you say yes, it'll simply close the app. Absolute trash, good luck if you use it like me on a daily basis

Open tickets get randomly wiped before you submit them, constantly logs you out, constantly resending/fetching data in places with no service, and net barrels are all over the place. 1 ★Touchstar was better, RTCHEX took one page and stretched it out over 12+ pages, which sucks on slow old tablets. Needs to update and save to cloud every chance it gets which sucks when you have bad network and you can't cancel it. Will periodically time out and delete ticket info so you have to reenter it again instead of completing/printing it. Total barrel count is obscure & dissappears when you look for it a 2nd time, Touchstar was clean/intuitive to use with one page for info,
