Solus Attendance Management System elite also called as SAMS elite, is an effective app for easily tracking & managing Employee attendance. It is also used for creating and managing Tasks.Its main intended use is for Managers, Employees, and Clients of Solus Security Systems Pvt. Ltd.
As an Employee, you can view and manage your attendance, leaves, manual punches and manage Tasks. As a manager, you will be able to track your Employees’ attendance, leaves, run reports, manage Tasks and view attendance data in form of standard Charts (Pie Chart and Time Chart).
Extensive Functionality for Employees and Managers
Managers can:
. View self and team Attendance details.
. View self and team Attendance related Reports.
. Apply/ approve/ reject and view Leaves and Manual Punch Application of Team members.
. Check current Location of Team members by viewing their last punch details.
. View Attendance data in form of standard Charts.
. View Attendance details such as punch details and approvals of self and team members using Home screen widget.
. Track Team member’s current Location using GPS technology.
. Creation and updation of Tasks.
Employees can:
. Apply Leave.
. Mark Attendance from anywhere using Manual Punch module.
. View Attendance Report.
. Set URL settings.
. View self Attendance details such as punch details and approvals using Home screen widget.
. Creation and updation of Tasks.
The Uses have to login in using iSAMS login credentials to start using the application.
The app consists of 6 modules and the information in the modules will be displayed based on the Role of the Employee:
1. Dashboard:
In the Dashboard, the employees can view the below information:
.Manager/User who has Employees reporting can
• View Self Attendance details such as in punch, out punch time.
• View Statistics of Self Attendance data like count of approved/rejected manual punches, leaves and absenteeism details.
• View Team details such as Team strength of the day, pending approvals and Team Attendance details like absent/ late and early leaving details.
• The Manager can also approve/reject the pending manual punches/ Leave application of Team members.
•The Manager can also view notifications of Birthdays, Anniversaries etc in the Dashboard.
.Employee can view the below details in the Dashboard:
•View Self Attendance details such as in punch, out punch time.
• View Statistics of Self Attendance data like count of approved/rejected manual punches, leaves and absenteeism details.
2. Reports: In this module the Employee can view Attendance related Reports.
• Self and Team members Attendance details.
• Team’s last punch details.
•Self and Team’s Late Arrival, Early leaving and absent details.
3. Transactions:
.The Manager can
•Apply Leave and manual punch for self purpose and Team members.
•View Leave balance, approved Leave and manual punch details.
4. Graphs: the Manager can view Attendance related details in the form of standard charts like bar diagram, pie and line chart.
The Application also provides Attendance widgets like:
.Attendance Widget: displays real time Attendance analytics on the main screen of the mobile.
.Web Punch Widget: In case of Outdoor duty the Employee/ Manager can mark their punches.
.Quick Task Addition Widget: to create new Tasks.
