2 ★Jack threads has gotten really bland and hipster in style. Which means $$$$..back when I first downloaded the app it was a great mix of street and yuppie and trendy for less than these prices. No longer a fan.

1 ★I shopped with JackThreads for 6 years, starting when I heard about them in 2011. Solid deals, good looks. After all this time I had my first issue - my package was stolen. This has made me aware that JackThreads has literally no customer service. They claim to - there's a phone number and a way to email - but no one answers. If all you want is clothes, this app is good. I'll be taking my business somewhere that cares too.
1 ★When I started using JT it was great they had amazing clothes and a great selection then tryouts started and it was EVEN BETTER I could find clothes that were nice and make sure they looked good before buying. Noe the "switched back" and it's so weak with the selections and they aren't even nice. Smh I'm very disappointed.
1 ★Only liked them because of tryouts.. Once they stopped i was curious if they just changed but then now im hearing all sorts of crap about people getting wrong things, not getting their items or having to wait forever to get what they purchased. For that reason "Im out"
1 ★Scammers, customer support don't even respond or call back. They charged me for tryouts and now I am stuck cloths that doesn't even fit me. They lost my trust, I will never buy there again. What a shame, I liked that app
4 ★I uninstalled this app a couple of years ago because the connectivity issues were horrendous. I installed the app again today and the same issues persist. This has happened on two different models, so it isn't my phone. Ridiculous.
1 ★**Update: Looks like these guys actually are going out of business. So purchase their sale items at your own risk. Their customer service team seemed to drop off a cliff in the past couple weeks. Not responding to multiple app or web messages, or phone calls. And a related issue: I had a gift card balance disappear out of the blue, so not being able to speak to a rep is a serious problem. Would seriously recommend not purchasing anything from them right now.
1 ★I have been a fan of Jack Threads for years. Then I had an issue with the delivery of an item. I called, emailed, sent Facebook message and contacted the Better Business Bureau yet I never got a response from them. No customer service at all. Don't use this app.
1 ★First Time Using this App! Only to be disappointed! Where is the Customer Support at? Ordered something, its been a week where is it at? Who knows...What i do know is you guys have my money and i have received absolutely nothing....man all these Positive reviews i heard from you guys only for me to see for myself the complete opposite...untill further notice i wont Rate this app any higher than 1 star...Truly sucks you guys have a great Selection and a Great thing going for you guys! But that Customer support is killing me. I hope i can get my refund !
