android.permission.READ_CONTACTS: Used while listing and checking before making calls.
android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE & android.permission.PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS: managing outgoing calls
android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS: To disconnect calls
android.permission.PHONE_STATE: To check for Incoming calls
