This is a list of apps that were recommended by therapists working at OSU's Counseling and Consultation Service. It was compiled to facilitate a workshop for the 2018 Big 10 College Counseling Center Conference. The apps are presented by the target of their interventions in alphabetical order. The app descriptions are copied from the app stores, and do not necessarily reflect the views of the presenters.This app is intended to facilitate the workshop and to provide a reference for participants to keep on their phones.
