* 원인1 : 스마트폰 폰 배터리 효율을 높이기 위해 추가된 앱 절전 기능으로 인해 푸쉬 수신 불가
- 해결방법 : 환경설정-배터리-절전앱-서강톡톡 해제
* 원인2 : 스마트폰에서 강제 중지로 앱을 중지한 경우 푸쉬 수신 불가
- 해결방법 : 종료 시 안내문구[애플리케이션을 강제로 중지하면 오류가 발생할수있습니다.]가 발생할 경우 종료를 하시면 안됩니다.
