Welcome to NeuroNation Ease, a personalised and effective meditation app that will help you to make your first steps into the world of guided meditation and mindfulness with ease.Ease Mindfulness and Meditation was developed by NeuroNation, a leading organisation in the field of scientific mental training. NeuroNation's cognitive training program was awarded the AOK-Leonardo Prize for Digital Prevention by Germany's Federal Ministry of Health.
