Línea Accesibilidad es una aplicación promovida por la Confederación de Personas con Discapacidad Física y Orgánica (COCEMFE) con el apoyo de la Fundación Vodafone España y el Real Patronato sobre Discapacidad.Linea Accesibilidad es una aplicación gratuita (actualmente en fase de pruebas) que permitirá avisar de problemas de accesibilidad. Los usuarios de la aplicación podrán mandar un aviso a los ayuntamientos y a las organizaciones sobre incidencias o problemas en infraestructuras "que dificulten la movilidad de personas con discapacidad", bien por ser inaccesibles o por estar deterioradas. Está disponible tanto en castellano e inglés. A través de la intranet de la plataforma, los ayuntamientos y las organizaciones involucradas en el sector de la discapacidad podrán recibir en tiempo real los avisos para conocer "todo el itinerario que sigue la incidencia". También se pueden realizar avisos a través de la página web , para que aquellos que no disponen de un smartphone puedan emplear también el servicio.
La aplicación se encuentra en proceso de pruebas y difusión entre los órganos competentes de la Administración Local para poder contar con el respaldo y apoyo de las mismas. El proceso de incorporación de los distintos municipios es progresivo, por lo que rogamos tengan paciencia si todavía no se encuentran disponibles los municipios que Vd. requiere.
