3 ★Bug fixes, but no upgrade yet. When you get notifications and you click to open, you have to manually search it anyway. Does not open... Also, I could never get it to scan the BACK of the driver licenses, only the front 🤔

1 ★After last update I can't claim any new leads, you hit the claim button and it pops up with a "there was an error performing this task" message. And it never stops saying that. Log out, Uninstall and reinstall, completely stop app and restart. Always says there's an error.

1 ★This app is completely useless, everytime the developers update, it gets worse, cannot use it at all, cannot sign in, cannot view dashboard, cannot click on customer to enter their info, you might as well get rid of this app and build a new one from the beginning

5 ★Never miss a lead again !! Load new customer info anytime, anywhere and shave some of the waiting time from the sales process. This app is extremely useful and instrumental to staying on top of every sales opportunity, and maintaining good customer relations to insure future opportunities. It's a game changer !!

1 ★Since the most recent update, this app seems to not want to do anything. Every single thing I click, I get an error message. I can't reply to emails, I can only occasionally respond to a text. Using Pixel 5 with all updates.

2 ★Doesn't load properly, has no inbox for emails. When you click a notification that a customer has emailed/contacted back and you click the notification it just opens the app instead of opening the actual notification.

1 ★We need more search filters on the search section on the app. The limit of 250 characters on notes to be removed. Ability to lost or dead a lead to be added. Ability to attach files to emails to be added to the app

1 ★I do not like vin. Simple things require more steps and it slows/freezes the computer.plus it puts you under a microscope and effectively you text invite looks like spam..if work didn't force me to get it,I wouldn't.

1 ★Bring back the old app. It actually works. This is missing crucial functionality and constantly is crashing. Don't force users to use a newer version if it's not ready for release.

1 ★I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS APP. The CONSTANT LOGGING IN drive me insane. I ONLY use it because I don't have a choice. Whoever designed this app must of NEVER sold cars using this app. I can NOT dismiss task After I complete it, I have go to my laptop or desk top and do it from there. So it doubles my work. I would NEVER recommend this app. PATHETIC!!!!!!! Again this app is absolutely JUNK!!!! I just had to update and now I can't even use the "back button" why?? Because it DOESN'T work

2 ★App has connection issues, bugs like crazy, redundancy on things that don't make any sense, and even more connection issues. If I didn't have to use it I wouldn't. Their website isn't much better either.

4 ★Ya know..I was gonna rate this a 1 star. But since the latest update, it's been flawless. Works as it should. 4 stars because there's no application for for my Galaxy Tab S7, but there is for iPad. Which unfortunately leaves me left out when I watch Apple users scanning from their tablets...5 stars when you release an app for Galaxy Tab.
