1 ★Worts app ever. Shipment is not picked up on given time never received a call not message but at the day end i received a message shipment is not ready. Worst experience i had with ship rocket and there delivery partner all are worst..... Dont go with this worst app.
1 ★Dumbest app. Can't see tickets, orders to process and Chat option is absolutely useless as we can't wait for 30mins for a reply to our query and these abusive support associates simply get opportunity to close all tickets without doing anything to resolve critical issues
5 ★Im very happy using this app.wanted to send an important parcel during lockdown ..This app helped me send me parcel well in advance .Very happy with the service and cost .But the chat bot is very annoying sending repeated messages and notifications .need to improve on that .
1 ★Customer support too high handed, they dont even mention their name in their reply, even when you give them all recording and proof they will simply wash their hands off and always try and overcharge you. Way too many issues of false RTO and being an Aggregator there is literally no help or support
1 ★I have shipped a parcel to the kolar but it didn't delivered and delivery person mentioned buyer is out of station but that day buyer is available and phone is reachable its fake comments enter by the delivery person and the delivery person number was switch off that day. they even not contact the buyer and mentioned rto initiated 10 days back only till now I didn't get my parcel and I contacted customer care and mail to escalation team also what they will mention in each comment but no use.
1 ★One of the Pathetic Service Provider. Neither Peoples at Service Desk nor people at logistic front are taking anything seriously. They one most beautiful answer available with them " sorry for the inconvenience caused sir". Tried Several times but the delivery executive putting face remarks and shipments not picking up. After fade up i am thinking of deleting my account with Shiprocket. Good that first you improve your service and then claim your market position.
3 ★Manifest must be online ro to be generate on screen immobile app. And digitaly on screen sign for paperless work. And scanning barcode at the time of pickup boy must be mandatory to get instant in app notifications by sms and app also for realtime gps tracking not available...please update above feature for better service.

Customer and me both try many time to reattempt to deliver the package but they are like process kar diya h ho jayega... Now the parsel is return I raise a complaint for refund my money they said ho jayega 48 hours m... After same reply 2 3 times now they say 10 days completed nothing can be happen now... Sorry to say worst experience

1 ★Worst experience.. i created pick up for a package that i needed urgently and its been more than 7 days, the status is same. Also recharged my wallet but no use of that money and you can't even withdraw that. Fraud app.
1 ★This is the worst app ever don't use this as the parcel ones lost they don't reply nd the call center has worst answers they don't take any proper decsion nd don't refund the money as there is already 2 months nd still they are telling on to wait fr 24-48 hrs @shiprocket don't do such things if can't take the responsibility
