Cette application permet aux PN de HOP! de télécharger et d'ajouter leurs plannings à leur Agenda sur leurs smartphones. Elle est réalisée BÉNÉVOLEMENT et a nécessité beaucoup de travail, elle est distribuée gratuitement.
* NE PAS INSTALLER SI VOUS NE FAITES PAS PARTIE DE LA COMPAGNIE AÉRIENNE HOP *
ATTENTION : vous êtes responsables de la vérification des rendez-vous créés avec le planning "papier" pour vous assurer qu'il n'y a pas d'erreur. Attention aussi aux changements de fuseau horaire (cela pourrait décaler tous vos rendez-vous du décalage horaire, c'est déjà arrivé !). Et contrôlez aussi si le planning est en heure UTC ou en heure locale (pour l'instant il est en heure locale, mais cela risque de changer (dans ce cas, une modification de l'application sera nécessaire).
Vous devez avoir un agenda spécifique pour le planning. Pour créer un agenda, suivez le tutoriel au 1er lancement de l’application.
Cosmic nécessité les autorisations suivantes :
- Agenda : pour créer les RdV
- Contacts : pour pouvoir ajouter un PN à ses contacts à partir du CIH
- Stockage : pour enregistrer les bases de données (CIH et tpsrem)
- Appel : pour pouvoir appeler un PN à partir du CIH
Certaines fonctions ne sont pas encore disponibles.
Une fenêtre permet d'afficher des messages d'information. ATTENTION : en cas d'élections professionnelles, il pourra y avoir des messages pour inciter à voter (si vous ne souhaitez pas voir apparaître ces messages, N'INSTALLEZ PAS L'APPLICATION !)
