Description
Met de ALERT-Werkbon App, oftewel de digitale werkbon, kunnen onderhoudsbedrijven en woningcorporaties het onderhoudswerk via de tablet efficiënt plannen, uitvoeren en factureren.De ALERT-Werkbon App is geïntegreerd met ALERT, het ERP-systeem van Centric. Opdrachten uit het ERP-pakket zijn direct zichtbaar op de tablet van de onderhoudsmedewerker op locatie. Nieuwe spoedmeldingen worden gesignaleerd door een extra melding. Vanuit de takenlijst kan de onderhoudsmedewerker een opdracht weigeren of in behandeling nemen.
Tijdens de uitvoering van de opdracht registreert het systeem automatisch de tijd die eraan besteed is en het verbruikte materiaal. Foto’s die met de tablet zijn gemaakt, worden automatisch aan de opdracht in het ERP-systeem gekoppeld. Indien noodzakelijk kunnen er ook vervolgopdrachten voor eigen medewerkers of onderaannemers vastgelegd worden. Bij gereedmelding kan de bewoner een handtekening plaatsen en zelfs een beoordelingscijfer geven voor de tevredenheid over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
