1 ★I do not rate this app. When I try to top up it tells me something is wrong with my account to log out and contact an agent. When I log out and log back in, same stress and for months now. When you try to call an agent at times you can't get through. Fix it Digicel!
1 ★I hate this trash app!!!! I use Digicel and honestly everyday is a struggle and I am not seeing value for my money. Sometimes mobile data deosnt even work. Why is there a Share Data Option in the app and yet you can't send your data, fix this damn problem. Also Shake and Win is trash, I did it 3 times in a row and got nothing and when I do it's something useless like Data for app I don't use. If digicel wants to promote it's app don't cram it down our thoarts and then say it's a prize for us.
1 ★Since the update, I Can't claim my free data prize from 'shake to win' 2 nights in a row. Everytime I try to do so the app crashes and tells me I'll have to try the shake to win in the next 24 hours. This is ridiculous and it's very clear to see that Digicel has zero emphasis on customer satisfaction.

1 ★After recent update, had to relogin. When I tried, it said to recreate.....after recreation...all my data was wiled out. I still had over 40 GB due on the 16th....bloody pathetic like its connection....

The plan on the app says 19gb remaining but i cant even access anything on the net, not only that. you'll have to have data to check for your balance on the app and its so annoying!! 2 ★Poor app needed to be upgraded. Too much login failures. Sometimes even consume paid data, where is not supposed to. 25/5/21 Many times, when trying to login receive this notification " sorry temporary unavailable" and "check your data connection". Please fix the network coverage issues.
