Книжный фестиваль «Читай, Ижевск!» в 2016 году проходит в четвертый раз. Цель фестиваля — привлечение интереса горожан к книге и чтению, популяризация и продвижение творчества местных авторов, объединение сообществ по интересам для совместной реализации городских культурных инициатив.Фестиваль «Читай, Ижевск» в 2016 году продлится 3 дня, с 9 по 11 сентября. Организаторы - Центральная библиотечная система, Администрация города и активные горожане.
1000-метровый шатёр на Центральной площади на 3 дня превращается в интеллектуальное пространство, наполненное книгами, яркими событиями и интересными людьми. Мероприятия фестиваля продуманы так, чтобы любой ижевчанин мог найти себе занятие по душе. Это творческие встречи с писателями и актерами, vip-чтения с известными жителями города, открытый поэтический микрофон, театральные постановки и акустические концерты, мастер-классы и многое другое для взрослых и детей!
