3 ★Decent app but needs improving. Its not as user friendly as it should be. The menu is too basic and finding how to reload with funds is ridiculous. Why hide the ability to pay?
2 ★It works, but isn't very user-friendly... The menu is super tiny, can't be read in portrait mode or switched to landscape mode, and offers no drink descriptions. The app menu icon (three bars) gets lost in the slideshow (white on white). The card balance and rewards balance are both on the rewards screen; the card balance does not display on the pay screen. The card balance reload option is *hidden* under Manage Cards > Payment Preference > Add Funds > + ... :/
2 ★The scan doesn't work and then when it scans it says the code isn't a code for them I tried for an hour with 3 drinks I got and it hasnt worked. I love the store themselves but this app is useless when it comes to rewards programs.
3 ★Your app people don't respond to message responses! I have had some issues with the app. I do a inquiry and get one response, they ask me to reply if it isn't resolved but then they don't respond with anything. Then I get an email that states they are closing the issue because it was resolved when it isnt. You guys need better customer service.

1 ★Customer service is a joke, My app has had an issue going on three months now. I can't access my rewards and when I talk to them the say they are aware and it's been passed onto the senior team. And I only get a response when I message them. No updates sent booooo way to track to see if it's closer to being resolved. I have several rewards saved up and can't use them. This is not a reflection on human Bean they are great and are trying to help resolve the issue. I highly recommend human Bean.
1 ★This app doesn't work. I try to order using the menu, it takes me to a map that is awful to navigate, I finally find the location I want and then it takes me to the menu to continue the cycle... Where do you order on this app?
4 ★I like this and I don't. The cards were cheaper but I use this all the time so I mean it's good and I'm not tech savvy
4 ★I was unable to get the calendar for my birth month to display the numbers after 15. I was born on June 24, but I ended up saying I was born on June 15 because that was the last number shown. I found that very strange. There were a few other tines it was difficult to get the correct date on the screen.
2 ★The awful LevelUp platform won't let me log in or reset password. Please rewrite the app from the ground up to allow Google account credentials!
2 ★Currently my QR code is blurry but still works for scanning though sometimes it takes several attempts and I can't access the rewards or status pages without the app crashing which it does every single time. I used to love it but at the moment it doesn't work reliably and sadly since the punch cards are gone this is now your only option. Will change my review when I can access my entire app again.
