Our physicians adhere to evidence-based standards with respect to the responsible use of antibiotics. If we are unable to prescribe a medication, it's likely due to a combination of factors, including state and federal regulations related to virtual care practices, as well as what's in the best interest of patient safety and well-being.

5 ★Problem solved - great service, great support! App needs to tell you if your subscription is recurring/non-recurring to avoid confusion! As an aside, I appreciate the enthusiasm from 98's tech support, but I'd rather not receive unsolicited phonecalls - even in an attempt to help resolve issues.
5 ★I came back to this app after trying to use teladoc for like 3 months and I hated it. 98point6 has a much better service, is much faster, and WAY easier to use. Even without insurance coverage on the service it only costs $10 a month and is worth every penny.
5 ★I love this app! The Dr was very friendly, fast, and helpful! From deciding we needed a physician's help to picking up the prescription, the whole process (including set up) was under an hour. I've spent more time on hold just trying to schedule an in-person appt w a primary!
5 ★Love this service and this app. They make it so easy to access care anywhere and every doctor I've been paired with has been so amazing and helpful. So far, I've used this app for fairly minor ailments, but the reassurance and care that I've received has been priceless! As for the app itself, I have noticed improvements every time I have used it which is super encouraging. Can't say enough how much I love this service!
5 ★Fantastic experience. I've had a moderate cold for 2 weeks, going on 3 and I ended up seeing the doctors twice. I'm not a huge fan of how much they push covid testing, but I guess that's the times we're in. I've already had covid recently, so I knew it wasn't the cause. Otherwise they were very caring and knowledgeable. One visit was at 10:30pm and I only waited 10 minutes to talk to someone!
5 ★So, take it for what it's worth, I have only used this app for 3 days. In those 3 days, I had 2 appointments, they are $1 each plus $20 to register. As far I know, that is the cheapest doctor's visit possible. I th I'll nk you can do telehealth for free with most insurance. This is essentially telehealth but, text based. I recently retired from 20 years in the Army and haven't been able to get my insurance (USFHP) to cover any health care since retiring. So, finding this has been a relief.
5 ★As someone without insurance, this app is invaluable because it allows me to access care that I need, including my asthma medications, antidepressants, migraine preventives, and sick notes for work! A three month trial subscription is only $30, and each visit is only $1. A year subscription is $120. Even if you have insurance, this app is a money saver 🥰
5 ★This app almost seems to good to be true. Been using it a year now. Visit a doctor anytime, from anywhere for a dollar a visit (plus $120 annual fee) App works great and the doctors really listen. I love being able to talk to a doctor over chat. I don't have to worry about setting up a webcam, or family members overhearing the visit. Not a full replacement for an in person doctor, but for things that can be diagnosed remotely it's more convenient, and less stressful than going in person.
1 ★Love the experience. 1st time using it. 10/20 update. I was sick and contacted 98 point 6 had fever aore throat etc. Was told to call back on 10 days of not better. Then they would issue a perscription. This service was pointless. The entire point of this service is to keep sick people home and out of office. She even told me to go to urgent care. Why when she clearly could have issued the antibiotic that was needed. Great concept poor service
1 ★Waste of time and money. I have used other telehealth services in the past that were helpful. This one is NOT. My insurance coverage covers for this app and I am sad they choose this company instead of the previous telehealth services. Had my appointment at urgent care and was in/out faster than seeing a doctor in this app. Urgent care got me what I needed. I talked to 12 other employees that tried this app only one person had a decent experience.Honestly Google is FREE and you get the same info
5 ★Fantastic idea and execution - it is so, so convenient, easy to use, and has helped encourage me to seek medical attention when I wouldn't have, otherwise. No fee depending on your insurance, too! Love this app, and I appreciate the real doctors that help me and have prescribed me medication through it. A++
4 ★Provides a pretty quick and detailed appointment. Questions vet you so a doctor is more prepared, and they can schedule lab work and tests from within the app. Of course, since this is digital, they are extra cautious of all symptoms, but I've used this three times with good results.
