T-KUIDO te ayuda a cuidar de tus seres queridos y a que ellos cuiden de ti. T-KUIDO envía automáticamente notificaciones de seguridad a las personas que tú autorices. Elige de 1 a 3 cuidadores para que accedan a información crucial y puedan ayudarte en momentos de riesgo para tu seguridad personal.Selecciona los cuidadores que tú decidas e invítalos a descargar T-KUIDO app en sus teléfonos móviles para recibir las notificaciones sin coste alguno por el servicio de notificaciones push entre dispositivos.
Además el servicio T-KUIDO te provee de un espacio personal privado para ti y para cada uno de tus cuidadores, la Plataforma T-KUIDO, desde donde puedes planificar tus alertas, realizar configuraciones, ver tus recorridos e informes. Cada cuidador tiene acceso a la plataforma con usuario y contraseña para acceder a la información que tú decidas y ayudarte en cualquier momento.
Funcionalidades de T-KUIDO:
- ZONA SEGURA: Puedes establecer un radio de seguridad que abarque las zonas en las cuales habitualmente desarrollas tus actividades diarias. Si en algún momento sales de ese radio T-KUIDO envía un automáticamente un mensaje a tus cuidadores. Puedes configurar tu radio directamente en la APP y también en el portal T-KUIDO.
- HORAS CLAVE: Puede que hayas salido de tu ZONA SEGURA, pero después de cierta hora, lo normal sería que estuvieras de vuelta. Puedes establecer las HORAS CLAVE en la cuales lo normal sería que estuvieras dentro de tu ZONA SEGURA, y en caso de estar fuera T-KUIDO envía automáticamente un mensaje a tus cuidadores. Puedes configurar tus horas clave directamente en la APP y también en el portal T-KUIDO
- LOCALIZACIÓN: Mediante el portal T-KUIDO, tus cuidadores podrán conocer en cualquier momento tu localización a través de Google Maps.
- RECORRIDOS: Mediante el portal T-KUIDO, tus cuidadores podrán conocer los recorridos que has hecho durante un periodo de tiempo determinado (configurable). El recorrido se presenta sobre Google Maps.
- ILOCALIZABLE: Cuando no puedes ser localizado (desconexión, falta de red…) durante un periodo mayor de media hora, se envía una mensaje a los cuidadores indicando esta incidencia y tu última localización. T-KUIDO igualmente avisará a los cuidadores en el momento que ya vuelvas a ser localizable. Los tiempos de esta alerta pueden ser configurables en la APP y en el portal T-KUIDO.
- CONEXIÓN AUTOMÁTICA: Puedes autorizar a que cuando la llamada de uno de tus cuidadores no es contestada después de un determinado número de segundos, la llamada se conecta automáticamente y el altavoz se activa, para que tu cuidador pueda saber si corres peligro en ese momento. Puedes configurar el tiempo de conexión automática directamente en la APP y también en el portal T-KUIDO.
- BATERÍA BAJA: Cuando la batería del teléfono móvil alcanza un determinado nivel de carga, se envía un mensaje a tus cuidadores. El nivel de batería mínimo es configurable directamente en la APP y también en el portal T-KUIDO.
- PLANIFICADOR DE CUIDADORES: Tú eres quien configura las alarmas y otorgas las autorizaciones que recibe cada cuidador. Sin embargo, cada cuidador puede definir durante qué días y horas de la semana estará disponible para recibir las diferentes alarmas. Todo esto es configurable a través el portal T-KUIDO.
- REPORTES: Todos los eventos (alarmas) y las interacciones portal (modificaciones de los parámetros) quedan registrados. Puedes imprimir un informe a través del portal T-KUIDO en cualquier momento.
