The Kerala M-Governance system is integrated to a mobile application which is so designed to include all the services and departments under Kerala Government. The application works in offline mode and standard sms rates are applicable for accessing the services.
The objective of the project is to integrate the advancements in mobile technology with various Government departments to create cost effective, efficient and round the clock government information systems.
The system is developed by Livares Technologies in association with Kerala State IT Mission and MobME Wireless Solutions.
