1 ★Terrible app. Takes at least 5 minutes to load and has no functionality whatsoever.

1 ★Simply just not working. Impossible to run the driver register menu

2 ★Nice new logo. I think it accurately describes frustration levels of one who tries to use this application. My main points of frustration are: 1. Login / Registration works erratic. You might get in or then not. Also latest update rendered my password as non valid and I had to recover password 2. Changing password does not work. I have no idea why since part of the error message is in german, I think. 3. Functionality to find an authorized shop to fix my car is a no go either. Not once has that functionality worked. 4. Customer support contact number (the one the application tries to call) does not work. How does one get this wrong? What I like: 1. It does report car details correctly 2. In the end there is no real reason why I should/would use this application. Easier to just call Leaseplan (once you find correct number). At least the customer support people are nice and able to help.

1 ★Gives absolutely no helpful information about my vehicle or my employer's contract with them. I expected no more given the dire customer service I've had to endure for the last 8 years. Avoid leaseplan at ALL costs, is my advice.
