2 ★Consistently have to log out and log in to be able to access the voicemails or delete. Difficulty at times to connect call or instead turn off phone call reliably in car. Volume commonly too low. Doesn't stay connected to Bluetooth as you go through your messages. It has not been updated in a year.

1 ★No longer works when my phone is connected to wifi.

1 ★This app is terrible. You get missed call notifications, but the phone doesn't ring. It disconnects from your Bluetooth while you're on the phone. Switching between calls causes you to drop both calls. Just overall an inconsistent, unhelpful app. If you can avoid this app, do your company a massive favor and avoid it. My boss who works in the office talks to me like I'm lying whenever I tell her about whatever new glitch this trash app has. Avoid like the plague.

1 ★I don't know what they did, but ever since the most recent update (March 6, 2024) I cannot receive calls through the mobile app. I can through the desktop application just fine. The app just refuses to acknowledge I'm still in my designated queue when I close the app without logging out. I'll check it and my queue will be grayed out like I logged out of it and can't get my calls, even though I can hear the call coming in from my desktop application.

1 ★App updated as of Thursday - March 07, 2024 - Still can not make inbound or outbound calls on our paid service. Notifications arrive of voicemail and inbound calls, but can not be accepted. Connectivity during recent update has broken all functionality. We pay for this service, and the mobile application was a huge benefit when offsite. Now it doesn't work.

1 ★Mobile phone not ringing. Works on my PC

2 ★Works well when it works, however it constantly gets stuck ringing for someone. I can close out of the app completely and it'll keep ringing. Very annoying. Only thing that will fix it is to call another number and hangup quickly. And even then it still can continue sometimes.

1 ★Constant crashing. Drains battery. Web app is no better on PC.

1 ★Doesn't work at all on Samsung S22 Ultra. No response from customer service for help. Super disappointing.
