1 ★After registering in the app, what I can see is Call 100 button. Inorder to dial 100, do I really require an app? Tried finding the utility of the app. Nothing was available regarding services offered by the app. During an emergency, will a person start searching for this app to dial 100?

Pressed the call now button, don't know if anything happened. Then went to register button and pressed, again don't know if anything happened. How can I rely on this?
