1 ★Despite paying for a yearly subscription, I was suddenly unable to access my downloaded issues. I continually get the message that I no longer have access to the issues and that it has either been refunded (nope) or my Google Play account has changed (no). I've been in touch with the company but the matter has never been rectified. Complete waste of money and I should have just bought the hard copy magazines instead.
2 ★While I appreciate that MM is giving free digital editions due to Covid-19 complications I have serious issues with the app. It is impossible to use any patterns digitally since there is no download or print function. "Photocopy at 200%" doesn't work for a digital issue and many of the patterns don't include measurements to recreate them. Also the inability to read these issues on my large PC screen is very disappointing. I don't own a tablet so my only choice is to read these digital versions on a tiny phone screen. I manage my Mother's gift subscription through the same Immediate Media account so there is no way to send her these digital copies without giving her my login information, which I would prefer not to do. I highly doubt these issues will get addressed anytime soon but they are things that I think people should be aware of.
1 ★I been trying to contact costumer support for over a month, sent 2 emails and messages. I have issues with seeing the magazine from another device, and had zero response from support, other than a bot response with a number case. I paid for all previous issues, and I cannot use any of the patterns in them since I can't see it from any device that it's not this phone, not a tablet or my pc, and that makes it useless.
2 ★Great way to be able to access mag. However, no reminder that free subscription period was approaching so money came out today. This is despite me recently signing up for 5 issues via Zinio. Why are these not synched up?? Very disappointed.
2 ★Hard to understand. Have Mollie Maker templates but no instructions to go with. Template says which book # but it costs money.

2 ★Edited to add: The app keeps glitching. I can get through a few pagesbefore it goes completely white and I have to shut the program down andreopen. It's seriously frustrating for a product that I pay monthly for todo this. FIX THIS. I love being able to access it at any time but it'sreally frustrating that the app has to be open and the phone on for thedownload to occur. If my phone goes into Screensaver mode or if I have togo to another app, the download completely stops. Please allow forbackground downloading.

3 ★My two magazines I previously bought are now showing I need to pay again to open them after I did the app update. Please help me Mollie Makes!!!!!
