1 ★It had been years since I experienced a mobile app this bad. I cannot get anywhere without it timing out or opening the wrong thing, there are pictures flashing on the screen... Have a brand new android phone so it is not me. What a shame. I am uninstalling.
1 ★Tried to pay, but it kept logging me off. Chat customer service was extremely rude, then Cust Service on the phone was friendly and placed my order, but was never able to tell me how to order using the app. Uninstalling and going back to using the regular site.
2 ★Great for paying you LB credit card but thats about it. Crashes when you try to view statements & its not user friendly. Shopping is rough ... takes way too long for pages to load & randomly the hour you spent shopping results in the 7 items in your cart to dissapear. Ugh! I'll stick to website.
4 ★FABULOUS FASHIONS AWAIT!! Nice clean layout, easy to navigate side drop-down panel and home quick navigation bar at the bottom of the app. The only issue that I have experienced is that the "Favorites" now called "Wish List" takes a long time to load.
2 ★Always freezing up while trying to use it. The app is extremely slow. I have not ordered item due to the fact it was to much trouble to keep adding the items to the cart over and over again. The only thing the app is okay for is paying your bill!
