Description

"Blue Star Customer Care" is the official app of Blue Star Limited, India's leading air conditioning and commercial refrigeration company. The app enables you to quickly log a service complaint for any Blue Star product you may have and monitor its status. A one-time registration captures basic details such as phone number, address(es), preferred service time and products used. To log a complaint or request a service, just tap on the concerned product's image on the app's dashboard. A unique reference number will get generated and the complaint can be tracked or escalated using this number via the app. The app also has an FAQ section that enables you to find answers to basic questions regarding the products.

2 ★Why I cannot edit my e-mail ID in the application?
1 ★The worst app ever used. Previous tickets raised were shown without adequate details, most importantly dates. There is no way to register machines owned and thus cant raise service complaint on one specific machine. Micro granularity is the need of mobile app, otherwise WHY WASTE TIME AND MOBILE PHONE SPACE AND install this app...!!?? AND THERE US NO FEEDBACK OPTION IN THE APP ON SERVICE RENDERED...!!! TOO BUSY TO READ CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, ARE WE...!!!???
2 ★The app is user friendly and was about to give full 5 stars for the app. However, important feature like feedback on a service call doesn't work. On submitting the feedback I keep getting the error stating something went wrong and I must retry. No success on retrying.
1 ★Worst services by Bluestar. I had complained of cooling issues 2 months back as the cooling was not proper. Initially they sent someone who viewed the AC, said someone will collect AC and solve the problem. Then two people came after a week to collect AC. After that no-one bothered to give a call back or even pick up my call. This followed by calls with customer care team as I was not sure whats the status. After 3 weeks they identified that the servicing cost was 10500 rs!!!!! After continuous follow up with customer care, they asked me to give a written complaint. I have given a written complaint on 20th October 2018 and no response till date!!! Interestingly bluestar has a TAT of 2 days for responding on product service ( this is what their auto generated email says) and we the customers, don't get a response in even 20 days! After a rigorous follow up with the person from Bluestar authorized service centre who had taken my AC, I got my product back now which is not in working condition!!! Pathetic services.
1 ★Worst ever customer service...they will close your service request without even asking you and without solving your issue...then you just waste your time by calling again n again to customer service number...will never buy Blue star again...Voltas customer service is thousand time better then Bluestar
5 ★Very good..i am impressed...blue star cooling solution is a great invention to mankind..to make life more comfortable and more easier in todays buisy and hectic schedule ..one must install blue star cooling solution in their home..office or in business site.i also want from this esteemed company that after any kind of servicing there should be a cross checking or vetification must be done to ensure that a customer get proper satisfaction in his or her mind.Otherwise the servicing has no meaning.
1 ★I bought BLUESTAR R32 3star A/c) one and half year back. With in one and year the coil got repaired no cooling always freezing in the indoor unit. I launched a complaint and they serviced the coil and charged Rs.3800/-. After 2weeks again it got repaired. No cooling, indoor unit become freeze. With in one and half year the coil got repaired, i think its a manufacturing defect. Coil repair come after 8or9 year. BLUE STAR people's only come for service always. I request the company to replace it.

1 ★Pathetic app. I keep registering my request for service and their service team cancels it without attending to my request. There is nothing I can do about it. Worst after sales service in the AC industry. Think again if you are buying a Bluestar AC.
