The Five-Factor Model of human personality is one of the most highly respected tools for assessing personality traits. The five factors are: openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. The quiz breaks those major traits down and assesses the user on thirty minor traits. The report compares you to others of the same gender and age group. It estimates your level on each of the five broad personality domains of the Five-Factor Model. Although it uses complex calculations to “normalize” the results based on the user’s age and gender, the app is designed to be simple and easy to use. Reports are saved so they can be reviewed later. This allows you to compare your results in different circumstances or over time, or to compare your results with how someone else might view you. Reports can also be shared via message or email.
All responses to this quiz are completely confidential. There are two versions of the quiz: a short version and a long version. Both measure the same traits. The long version will provide somewhat more valid results than the shorter version. The short version includes 120 items, and most people complete it in 10 – 20 minutes. The long version includes 300 items and most people complete it in 30 – 40 minutes.
