Description
Aplikasi SIP-PBJ (Sistem Informasi Pemantauan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa) Kota Langsa Provinsi Aceh. Seperti diketahui pemerintah melalui LKPP dan LPSE telah sukses menyelenggarakan pengadaan barang dan jasa secara elektronik. Manfaatnya sudah bisa sangat dirasakan.Namun pemerintah juga harus memantau hasil pekerjaan semua paket-paket yang telah ditenderkan. Harapannya jangan sampai pengadaan barang dan jasa tersebut selesai secara administrasi saja tapi tidak nampak hasil nyata yang diperoleh. Laporan monitoring saja tidaklah cukup untuk membuktikan hasil yang telah dicapai.
Untuk itulah kami membangun Aplikasi SIP-BPJ berbasis WebGIS dan Android. Sebuah aplikasi yang akan merangkum semua hasil tender dalam peta interaktif yang bisa dilihat detil informasi dan posisi lokasinya.
Disamping itu yang takkalah pentingnya adalah tersedianya foto-foto perlembangan pengerjaan proyek. PPK dapat mengupload foto pada peta untuk kondisi ke berapa persen saat pengerjaannya. Sehingga pemerintah dapat menyajikan informasi berupa bukti nyata pembangunan daerah.
Mungkin informasi seperti inilah yang sangat diharapkan oleh masyarakat di era transparansi informasi publik. Semoga Aplikasi SIP-PBJ Kota Langsa ini bermanfaat untuk kita semua. Terimakasih.
