These are replacements for the stock notification header. They are time contextual headers or can individually be set for static...meaning they don't change at various times during the day.YOU WILL NEED A OMS/SUBSTRATUM COMPATIBLE ROM OR OMNI ROM.
To use, make sure you're on a ROM that has the following commits merged in
