Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★samsung s24 does not connect to obdlink MX+ , model mx201 Bluetooth 3.1. but other applications are connecting successfully. I give a low rating so that the developer will notice
5 ★מצויין לפורסטר 2021
2 ★I am kind of disappointed. I had high expectations considering that this app is supposed to be the best app for Subarus. I have a WRX 2023 and was not able to get any other info (Subaru related) than the one that Torque gives me. Also, configuring gauges is kind of a pain. And most of all, I see that the app is in demo mode for a month and will be 4$ a month after that... For that price, you're better off with a Think Diag 2.
1 ★No mention of $3.99 monthly fee until AFTER you download the app.
4 ★I'm using the standard version. I don't see any info on the pro version, either here or on the developer's site. Where can it be accessed? Thx
3 ★Works for the most part but with my car off and not being started it will read my cvt as being at 400+ degrees no matter what I do on my android dash or on my phone
5 ★Must have if you own a Subaru. I've tried all the obd2 software and was unsuccessful to get a cvt transmission temperature reading. ActiveOBD worked first try. Great piece of software, and it's free (surprisingly)
4 ★Good app. If we can add Gauge for Fuel consumption/milage then it will be better. Thanks
2 ★When I installed this app a few months ago for CVT temp reading it worked fine with my OBDII scanner. Now the option to read the CVTF isn't available at all. I have tried to update to the "Pro" version and that isn't available either. Additionally, there is a post that says there should be an ActiveOBD plug-in for the Torque App which doesn't exist either. I just want a simple solution to read the CVT temp.
3 ★Update 2: I raised the stars to *** because points 1 and 3 are now cleared. Still the steering direction is missing. Update 1: I have to lower my rating for three reasons: 1- CVT Deterioration Ratio removed from the new app. 2- Steering direction removed from the new app. 3- Being not able to setup the gauges without connection is annoying.
