Con placer nos dirigimos a ustedes en alusión a la realización de 67° Congreso Uruguayo de Cirugía, que conjuntamente desarrollará las XXVII Jornadas de Residentes, XXVI Jornadas Integradas de Enfermería Quirúrgica y las VI Jornadas Germano Uruguayas de Cirugía.Dicho evento se llevará a cabo el 28, 29 y 30 de noviembre del presente año, en el Centro de Convenciones de Punta del Este, departamento de Maldonado. La impronta del mismo será con enfoque a situaciones que puedan sorprendernos en nuestra actividad asistencial. Es por ello que hemos encomendamos a destacados profesionales la coordinación de mesas redondas y conferencias cuyos ejes centrales respondan la pregunta: ¿y ahora qué? Independientemente a lo expresado en líneas anteriores, estamos trabajando en la posibilidad de traer simuladores y así realizar un curso de entrenamiento de suturas digestivas video asistidas.
Como todos los años, nuestro principal objetivo es promover actividades cuyo propósito es el intercambio de conocimientos con expertos nacionales e internacionales. Debido a tal motivo, es que estamos convocando para participar en nuestro Congreso a un destacado grupo de profesionales extranjeros, que con sus aportes, nos permitan enriquecer nuestro conocimiento.
Por otro lado, y como ya es habitual en nuestro congreso anual, incentivaremos la concurrencia de jóvenes cirujanos a través del desarrollo de las XXVII Jornadas de Residentes de Cirugía General.
Bienvenidas serán las opiniones y aportes de cada uno de Uds.
