5 ★This app is helpful for finding doctors and locations, including ER wait times.

2 ★There's supposed to be a sharing hub but all it does is take you to videos that refer to a sharing hub menu that DOES NOT EXIST. When I tap on it I just get a message that my information isnt shared with anyone but me.

2 ★Merely a wrapper for the HMH website that frequently crashes.

1 ★This app doesn't keep you logged. It's literally just an app that redirects you to log in online.

1 ★please go back to the old way, login into a website evertime and you push the wrong button and you have to start all over, I used to used my fingerprint but not anymore

3 ★This app used to be good. Now I can't pay my co pay or see past billing. It shows I paid for 1 recent visit and then jumps to over a year ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. It also takes me to the website instead of opening in the app, which it never did before. I tried to send an email to the email on the Google Play page for the app and it ended up bouncing back. I have also tried going straight to the website with the same results.

3 ★Fingerprint log-in missing, logs out too much. Very frustrating. If you switch screens to look something up, you're logged out. Bring back fingerprint log-in please.
