1 ★Sucks. Doesnt mention Biotin. Biotin is a key nutrient in the B group and for losing weight. Seems they are in bed with the USDA in regards to viramins and minerals. You dont need Iron and calcium because its in everything you eat.

4 ★Just what I was looking for. Has all the nutrients and minerals data I wanted. Not just the few (calories, fat sugars etc). Although it doesn't have meats on the list or aubergines? I don't eat meat but I would like to compare certain nutrition data with others. Personally it would be great if it had a comparison button. To compare 2/3/4 foods
