Onze ambitie is om mantelzorgers een houvast te bieden in het zorgproces voor mensen met dementie door het gebruik van Mantelhart. Het begrip mantelzorg is de voorbije decennia positief geëvolueerd en mantelzorgers krijgen steeds meer erkenning. Want ze zijn een onmisbare schakel zijn in de ondersteuning ervan. De app werd ontwikkeld in samenwerking met WZC Sint-Eligius in kader van het eindwerk van Mabelle De Coninck. Er werd ook een samenwerking aangegaan met developer Alexander Loquet voor de ontwikkeling van de app.
