How to install SOAP Notes by HealerSource APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download SOAP Notes by HealerSource APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

3 ★I think this has the beginnings of a great app. I have searched high and low to find an app that allows you to draw on, and/or mark areas of the anatomy/ musculoskeletal system. My partner runs a bodywork/massage/day spa business and needs an app that enables her to record problem areas of the anatomy/muscles that her clients present with. Currently, she marks and records problem areas on clients on paper by drawing on a printed anatomical man. This is quite messy, hence why we've been looking for a phone/computer application that can digitally record all of this and more. I would love to see the creator of "Healer Source" refine this great app even more to enable more detailed and extensive client records, specifically for massage and anatomical record keeping. Thanks you!

5 ★This is by far the BEST soap notes app on the market. I tried them all and this one is fast, easy to use, and does everything I want
1 ★I just signed up and when I pressed submit it says error. Not even an explanation as to why. Frustrating!
1 ★It wouldn't allow me too sign up with Facebook. Then it wouldn't allow me to sign up with regular information. Then when I tried exiting the app, it wouldn't let me exit. I was excited with the idea that someone FINALLY created a good SOAP note app. Oh well...

1 ★I signed up with my email and made a password and attempted to log in and it won't log me in. I then attempted to sign in using my Facebook account and it won't let me log in that way either. This app is currently useless.. I can't access anything other then the log in page...
2 ★I can't get it to work. I make a note and back out of it. But when I go to look at it later it's gone. It's confusing. I wish I could just leave the soap note and just mark the chart where I need. But on the body chart it wants me to do my soap notes there. It had an awesome setup but I need something I'll be able to rely on to bring my work back up.
3 ★Having issues sending clients the intake form from the contact page. Iclick the client box, type in the name and it brings up provider profiles.Also, the sign up page before a client can fill out the intake form is abit off putting. I just had a client cancel her first appointment becauseit appears that she is signing up for a membership or subscription. Shetook one look at it and said nope! They shouldn't have to "sign up" to fillout a form. Especially when they can bypass the sign up part if they fillit out manually in the office. Is there a way to delete multiple intakeforms?
1 ★Absolute bullshit. Wouldnt let me get passed the "Send healing to the world" page without giving it access to my facebook. Wouldnt let me do anything else with the app either.
