《将苑》又称《心书》，是中国古代一部专门讨论为将之道的军事著作。宋代称将苑，而明代始称《心书》，但无论《将苑》还是《心书》，既不见陈寿之目，亦不见隋唐史志，而始见于宋《遂初堂书目》，题《诸葛亮将苑》。明人编诸葛亮集时才收入其中。所以姚继恒《古今伪书考》及《四库全书总目提要》皆判断其为伪书。顾实在《重考古今伪书考》中进一步说；“《蜀志·诸葛亮传》详列著作于后，初无是书之名，隋唐诸《志》，宋人书目亦俱不载之，故是书最为晚出。自《兵权》以纥《北狄》，凡五十篇，篇幅均不甚长，即可知其窘于才矣。《将苑》最早见于宋尤袤《遂初堂书目》，题作《诸葛亮将苑》，明代编的诸葛亮文集中也予以收录。清姚际恒《古今伪书考》和纪昀《四库全书总目提要》认为是后人伪托之作。从书中内容大多采自兵、史诸书和隋、唐不同著录来推断，不象诸葛亮亲著，但其中许多思想与诸葛亮的军事思想相一致。
《将苑》又称《诸葛亮将苑》、《武侯将苑》、《心书》、《武侯心书》、《新书》、《武侯新书》等。此书宋代称《将苑》，明代始改称《心书》，如《经籍志》；或《新书》，如陶宗仪《说郛》；也有称《将苑》的，如《百川书志》。《汉魏丛书》虽于书名题作《心书》，而篇章标题中间有《新书》字样。现存版本中，这几种称谓都有，核其内容，虽有所差别，但基本上是一致的，是同书异名。
