1 ★first off let me say .... I never review apps I mean never. There are apps I love and could say wonders about but I never feel the need. I see the other apps constantly trying to improve their app. I guess because these people know they don't have to ...they don't. they know there are thousands like me who have no choice. I use a transit parking lot and it's hooked to this service so I have no options other than parking somewhere else. 1. the number pad used to key in the parking location is the size of a dime people with sausage fingers must curse the gods ever day . 2. the repeat last transaction sounds good but never works. 3. it crashes a lot. I'm hoping by registering a statement the designers will work on updating this app.

1 ★Unusable. This app is unusable on a Galaxy Note 8. Instead of using Android's built-ind number entry functionality, the numeric entry buttons are all squished into a 3/4 x 1/2 inch box. The bottom row of buttons (0, and backspace) do not work as pressing these buttons inputs the number from the row above. This happens even while using a stylus. A reasonable work-around would be to copy and paste the number from another app, but this app does not allow you to paste data. Finally, this app looks like it was created by the lowest offshore bidder from the 1990s, or someone's kid.

2 ★Not enough detail initially about how to use properly, communication between city and app is not clear, not sure if there are enough locations using this service to be worth the cost, app has frozen my screen twice
