A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★VERY buggy. App constantly opens over itself. It's a constant battle to accept leads as the app will slowly open until someone else has already claimed it. Don't even get me started on texting or calling via the app, that'll make your hair fall out quicker than chemo. If you don't have the money to hire good Android developers, that's fine, just admit it and turn Opcity into a website.
1 ★I keep loosing the sound alert which is extremely frustrating, by the time I realize that there is a problem, I have lost soooo many lead opportunities. I have contacted customer service and each time the only fix is to uninstall the app, turn off your phone for a few minutes then relaunch the app.
1 ★Not getting any notifications have uninstalled logged out of app numerous of times, have called customer service and they stated there is nothing they can do. I'm not getting any audible sounds on notifications and haven't received any leads in last two days. I've tried test notification and that also does not alert. PLEASE FIX, MONEY AND LEADS ARE BEING LOST!!!!!
1 ★Would be 5 star if it were easier to win leads. If you do no respond in 23.5 secs you can bet it is taken. Also when looking at brokerage leader board it appears as it favors one that has the top 5 spots with about 60 closes. So no guess as to why I never get any leads. They keep feeding those 5 agents heavy. It needs to be more fair on giving out leads. I can close some deals if given some good leads. Ones I do get always under 100k and looking for a home in my market that does not exist.
1 ★At first i was getting leads and then nothing for at least 3 weeks since the update in September. Ive emailed about 9 times back and forth they only give generic, scripted responses. So alas, i just gave up. I spoke with another agent at my office and its the same, hes has gotten no leads in several weeks. Im assuming theres a glitch somewhere in the software but the engineers are not smart enough to see it yet, even though i can see SEVERAL people are complaining here in Google store.
1 ★Was working fine. New update system doesn't work. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled almost daily. Sometimes test alert works, sometimes doesn't. The sound alert doesn't work or I get them 10 to 15 minutes after the lead was created. Looks like others are having similar problems, must get fixed or useless.
2 ★The app crashes all the time. The push alerts don't work and when I do claim an alert as soon as it pops up, it shows already claimed. They also call me for low dollar leads when I don't accept the lead. I might would accept lower dollar leads if the cut us a break on the split for these leads.
4 ★Decent quality leads. Real leads, although if you're a new agent you get only low price point leads. I also have mixed feelings about being rated by the app. Also, 30% seems like a high commission to pay. But good to build a client base.
4 ★I think this is a great tool for new and experienced realtors to use! Some features are slightly annoying when you are super busy and have to go in and update or it shuts you off...but if you stay on top of it I think it's useful. I think that anyone who doesnt like this service is because they are not good with answering their phone. you have to be on top of it.
1 ★No notification sounds for the alerts. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Keep missing leads, giving me a bad "score". Called customer service and they can't figure out why. It seems as though I'm not the only one with this problem
2 ★This is basically a competition of who can "win the client" and there are times that I get alerts and before the alert is even finished notifying me, I claim the alert and it still says "no longer available". Terrible system especially when it pertains to any higher cost amounts of a home.
2 ★Slow. Lost many referrals. I bought the newest Samsung 20 just to receive leads faster. It takes forever to update. And hard to navigate from referrals to homepage (repeats the same page) so I close app and restart, by then I have lost the lead. But still a great system for receiving leads
