Through a combination of remote BP monitoring and health mentoring, the evidence-based CCC program has shown proven results in helping people manage risk factors that lead to cardiovascular disease and stroke.
The AHA BP Tracker receives and displays diastolic and systolic blood pressure measurements, as well as heart rate data, from A&D Medical's family of wireless blood pressure monitors including their multi-user BP kiosks (for use in clinics, community centers, offices, etc.) and personal BP monitors (for at home, on-the-go, and remote patient monitoring).
